Backstrom McCarley Berry & Co., LLC ("BMcB") is organized as a California LLC and is licensed in several states as a "full service" registered broker-dealer. BMcB is headquartered in San Francisco with marketing offices in New York, Atlanta, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, Oakland and Philadelphia. BMcB was originally formed in June of 2002 to provide financial advisory services to state and local governments along with special districts and financing authorities. In March of 2003, BMcB expanded its service capabilities with its approved membership with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA", formerly the NASD) as a municipal, non-profit, and government securities broker-dealer. BMcB has recently broaden its legal capacity within FINRA as a full service broker dealer with the ability to offer and trade corporate debt, equity, and private placement securities. BMcB is a certified small business enterprise in many jurisdictions and is 100% owned and controlled by its three principals, Vincent McCarley, Don Backstrom and Leonard Berry.

Highly trained in numerous research applications, BMcB's staff also utilizes various market data resources as a means to continually sharpen their analytic abilities and market knowledge. Participating in all aspects of the financing process including rating agency and credit enhancement presentations, BMcB has a history of being very effective in working through difficult credit risk issues and achieving the best possible credit enhancement terms and ratings.
